HERE'S HOW WE DO IT:
Cow is milked on the farm.
Farmers sell milk to yogurt makers.
Yogurt makers heat the milk, add cultures to ferment, then the milk separates into curds and liquid whey.
1/3 of the milk ends up as yogurt.
We rescue the excess fresh liquid whey that tastes delicious and is packed with a ton of vital nutrients.
We infuse it with complementary fruit flavors and add fizz for fun.
